Building a Stable Indian Government & a Free Country

Sometimes, I think why I am doing what I am doing everyday ? Why I end up at a place like this ? I just want to read a book or read about Bruce Lee on internet but not getting time to Google for Bruce Lee.

I think everyone lives the same life, same way and same problems. One day you will get older and you will not be able to walk tall like you do today, you will not be able to move left and right in an active and fresh way :( . Then I think What exactly is Life ? Why people die ? If I am going to die at some unknown time why the heck go with doing meaningless jobs ?

I get confused everyday about it. The only one answer I have got is, I must find the meaning of my life and now I can not spend next 20 years in finding the meaning :P , then a thought came along that changing the political structure of my country is the meaningful thing to do. It is hard, nearly impossible to do. Everyone learn how to use bribe, the political system and the economic distribution and the educational methods to their own advantage and calls himself “I am Practical” , I have never met any single exception to that rule and I ghave met a lot of people (being in Sales) but what if I go on the other side and change the Fundamental Building Blocks of my country. I don’t know how, I don’t even have any idea about when and what will I do but what If I do it ?

I don’t have any idea on what will be my 1st step, What I will be doing in next 10 years but what if I am the man responsible for changing my country-men’s whole basic idea about running a country. What if I change the mind of the Prime Minister on how an Indian government needs to function, what if I do it to all of the Senate, for the better. What if they agree ? What if they order the police to shoot me for that idea ? What if I give them what they want, exactly what they are striving from a much longer time ?

What if I am not the Prime Minister or the President of India and at the same could be ruling the whole Parliament by the measure of the skill I have on designing the government its subsequent parts. It is not possible, it is hard to obtain skill and what if I gain that skill ?

I can redesign the government, the only thing that is stopping me is the list of problems that Prime Minister or the President needs to speak out to me for what is stopping him to function the government properly. Without a list problems you have nothing to work on, heck, you can’t work without a list of problems. Problems are what scare you, problems are what make you painful and uneasy and the quality of the problems you work on is what that makes you either a brilliant designer or a poor mathematician or businessman. So unless some influential person from the government comes in open and asks specifically to the professionals in the political field for advising on government policies or unless someone with enough experience of political structure analyzes problems and comes forward and tells explicitly to the government about what problems they have and how he will solve the problems, bribe will rule India. Prime Minister of India, till then, will remain the weakest political and a heavily burdened man, same for the central cabinet. The government functions everyday because it is created after every 5 years to function properly with a maintained technical-sanity of the cabinet. That corrupt cabinet also work on the problems and right now as of 2008 and same from last 59 years those problems do not contribute in any way to the improving the functioning of cabinet itself. How poor those ministers are who can not even improve the place where they spend 90% of their lifetime. How fools are those ministers in the cabinet in that they can not even make themselves stable there even when they spent a decade of their lifetime to reach at that place. Funny Indian Cabinet ;)

It is not an exceptional skill to think about, it is quite the fundamental reason and you only need to do a simple but time and resource consuming analysis.

When I talk to intelligent people, the ones who have got more than 80% or 90% of marks in their school/college and other ones who did nto obtain 80% marks but are cutting millions of rupees every year in business, they usually tell me that one day Indian Public will wake-up from its long lasting sleep and there will be revolution, a man will come and he will remove the corruption from this country and Indian will be a better place to. WOW… What a bullshit and what a nonsense, that’s why we have movies like “Chak De India”, “Dil To Pagal Hai”, “Krrish” are super hits because they show the same non-sense, not to mention the TV serials like “Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki”. Most Indians want to see this non-sense and this is exactly the way they think all day, 365 days a year. Unfortunately public is totally uninterested in making this country a better place to live so nothing ever happened and nothing good will ever happen from public side. Everything is decided at the top and the government and the corporate together mold the life of a general Indian man the way they want (most of the time, they get what they don’t want in return). Everything starts from the Central-Cabinet and they also have the work to do. Being an honest man and being a technically excellent Engineer are two very different things. Same way being a minister to handle the Central-Cabinet and being corrupt are two very different things. The Cabinet also has the work to do, they do it everyday. They are not corrupt, 1st they have the skill to handle a big country and then they have the skill to make the government function and then they are corrupt, so corruption is at the 3rd place, totally opposite to when you think its at the very 1st place, OOPS!, you are wrong and I am right :) . It was the government who decided to start Metro Rail Project in New Delhi (the capital of my country) and I was ashamed on what public did to the trains on very 1st day. The Government at least did a very good thing for its people on that day but people don’t care. I don’t give a damn about those people who just live life without any meaning at all. I stay away from them, they waste too much time and resources. Asking people to use Linux instead of Windows is like dealing with the effects rather than the cause. A small fraction, the 5% of the people are the ones who will always walk on the path to find meaning of their life. I don’t know if they find the meaning or not but they surely take the journey.

I never ever attack the effect of the problem, I explain the effects and then find the reaction and then cause and then attack the cause itself. I call it “The Law of Cause-&-Effect” , I coined this term based on the experiments I used to do in the Chemistry Lab of my school when I was in 12th class, the year 1998. My Father works in an Industrial Plant which manufactures Urea. He creates Ammonia and send Ammonia to Urea plant where it is used to create that final product. Now lets look at the reaction itself:

3H2 + N2 → 2 NH3

SOURCE: Wikipedia [1]

No matter how much you bang your heads with the Hydrogen (H2), No matter how hard you think about Nitrogen (N2), no matter what you do, if the reactants are same and environment of reaction is similar, the product will be Ammonia (NH3). That’s it, that is the main point. You can’t do anything about it, Hydrogen + Nitrogen in a specific chemical environment produce Ammonia. If you want to change the final product, you have to change the reactants 1st and/or the chemical environment too, without this you are dead, no matter how much intelligent you are, no matter what you are, whether you are President of USA or the Begger from Netherlands or the lower middle class man like my Father, the reaction does not care who you are, it happens by certain rules and laws of nature and when you look into them then the real-learning starts and by the same analogy Central-Cabinet of Indian Government is the place where the solution to the Stable Government is available, waiting for you to see it, it is there but no on sees it or feels it because everyone, including the Government, the Inspector of your Police-Station, the Man who sells fruits in your area, the tailor, the professors of your university where you once studied and then you yourself are looking at the effects, the final products and cry over them and, as I said, the reaction does not care about your cries or even your happiness either. You need to understand the laws of nature and the rules by which it governs and then you find the solution. It takes time, skill ,energy and patience, make sure you have them before you start the journey and if you don’t have them, it is still excellent because you develop them on the way as they are not static but dynamic skills and you can add to and subtract from them at any time. Whatever you will do the journey, of intellectual-life, with the goal of mastering a field of work and finding solutions to long-standing hard to solve problems, is completely unforgettable.

Ram, Software, Politics & Women

This post came out actually as a comment to a blog but it went longer and I decided to not to post it as a comment but to make it one of own blog titles. The original post where I wanted to post a comment is here:

http://sushantblog.blogspot.com/2008/01/philosphy-of-mating.html

Being a good blogger and being a technical man at the respective field are 2 very different things. I say so because I really don’t agree with what you said.

You classified the stages of love which do not make any sense from my experience. I have met with boys who can make any girl, their girl-friend by applying some techniques. I observed the way they talk, the way they walk and they way they thought and then I observed why it impacts girls so much. You just need to go to one of my friends and point your finger to some girl and after 30 days, you will find both are sleeping together :-\ .

I though many times, What the HECK is going on ?

That curiosity brought me to the point where I analyzed the mentality of a woman and I did that for next 3 years continuously, during my graduation. During those 3 years, I was thinking, analyzing, thinking some more, analyzing some more, then drinking some sugarcane juice and thinking more and more and analyzing more and more and then drinking more sugarcane juice. I was much happy that at least sugarcane-juice is quite cheap so that a very lower-middle class boy can afford drinking it :) .

Those years gave me an acute sense of what women think and what they want from their man. I consulted those genius-men and they said I am right while disagreeing with me on some minor things. I saw a pattern, a particular way of how women think and it was same for every woman (remember there are always exceptions in both sides and I am not talking about exceptions in life, I am talking what applies to 95% of the population). Even he had 2 GFs and both were sisters and he was sleeping with them on alternate days :-O, Oh.. my…. he is genius.

and I am analyzing since 2000, the 1st year of my graduation, and that way of analyzing women took me to a path from where I never returned. From women, I went to a general government employed lower-middle-class man, that was because I was selling personal loans after my graduation. I came across lots of complexity and stupidness the way they plan their lives, it was a different-pattern from that of what I have found with women but it was thought and created by these people the same way. That shocked me a lot as I was also a lower-middle-class boy, now a man. I started to ask some normal questions to my friends and they said “these questions are rather strange, no one asked things like that to us before”. The answers were painful, very much painful. I compared my own life, the way my Father lived his entire youth and then got puzzled on why it is the same way it is going on with other people. I decided that day I will not make my life their way, I will make it my own, the individual’s life. Remember, how your family starts to talk about your marriage when you start to earn a good amount of money, then your relatives talk to your parents that they think they have seen a girl that will be good for you. Then after a lot of funny stuff, you are marrying, you take 7 days off from your work and prepare for marriage and then marry. At marriage, everyone dances and drinks and some of your friends/relatives fight with the opposite party, well this i how it goes. Then at the doomsday you wear a special-suit called Sherwaani [1] and if you are in USA with that suit, being married there, then Americans will tell you “you look like a clown”. Then traditions crawl-in like Google crawls for web-pages when doing a search. You do some more funnier stuff that no one on other side of the land does and your relatives tell you you need to have a bath after ubtan [2] will be applied to all over you. You are also clever and you will keep your berd growing till the doomsday comes and when it is finally here, then you shave, then your friends sing Aaj mere yaar key shaadi hai [3] and you are happily married. AFter 10 years, nobody cares, you have kids to support, prices of 3 basic things Roti, Kapra aur Makan [4] are going high every year and you struggle with them, not to mention the admisson-fee of your kids or the video-game and the mobile he wants to buy at the age of 17. You become tense like that of same Government employed man to whom I sold a personal-loan of 200,000 rupees in year 2005. You are doing a job in some Pvt.Ltd. but you are still no different than the same man to whom I gave loan when I was a boy and sadly this is the trend for whole corporate, they make money, they get dress-ethics but they no longer plan to master anything in their lives. You are no different than him at the age of 38 and then you wonder what has happened ? where all those years have gone. It is called midlife-crisis [5].

Perhaps the saddest part is that some people don’t even realize this or some who realize it so late. You can do better than all these people. I am not going to tell you how you are going to do it because I think every person thinks is different way and hence he needs to come-up with his own way of analyzing things, his own way of planning his life and you do not need to have high IQ for this. You need only EQ which is developed by oneself. This is what we do in software, I come up with my own solution, many programmers, many brilliant programmers say Hurd can not be released, GNU can not do it, it is dead. I say they are blind, they just don’t analyze enough. They spend 90% of their lifetime into their profession, as Software Developer or Programmer or Software Engineer or whatever you call it and they never thought why 95% of the corporate companies use the same language. I think this is the problem, they spend their lives, I live my life into the reasoning, the way Bruce Lee did, the way RMS is doing, they way Dr. Ramdev is doing. That’s the difference. I love softwares, they don’t and this holds the same for those people who just do their job from 9 AM to 7 PM everyday without any sense at all, they don’t identify themselves, they don’t love their work because they don’t want to master their field of work.

They do not want to think. They just go with the flow and this is going the same from millions of years since humanity start to grow. Only 5% of the population does something different and fundamental, rest are followers, rest are dead-brains with bodies walking. I refuse to live like them. I am alive and I want to master, I want to get expertise at the very fundamental-level of life, it will take next 10 years and my hair will grow gray by that time. The happiest point will be I will be saying “I know where all those years have gone, I put them there myself” . I am the leading developer of my country, I am the one who changed the political-infrastructure of Bharat, I am the one who have expertise to make my country a better place to live. I did not run from my country, I lived here and made it a better place to live. I wrote the new constitution myself and I know that my country’s name is neither India nor Hindustan. India is the name given to us by England when they were ruling us, Hindustan is the name given to us by some Muslim Kings who attacked our country in 1800s and 1900s. The real name of my country is Bharat, after the name of a legend. The Legend who, as a small kid, used to count the teeth of a tiger standing in front of him and my countrymen don’t even know why our country was named on his name. Then there is another Bharat, a management expert at the age of 19, the boy who ruled a big state while living in a jungle for 14 years, he was the most intelligent Management Expert I have ever seen, learned his way, not from some university but from the school of hard-knocks: his name is Bharat the little brother of Lord Ram and all of the TV serials show his image as of obeying, innocent and a caring little brother, there is not even a single TV serial or movie that explored his technical side. After 1000s of years, we still don’t know anything about his technical-competency, may be we could give this country a better constitution, a better and stable government by following what Bharat has applied but no one cares for this. All of things that my countrymen care for are either the Cricket or opposing the Valentine Day. That’s it. They do worship Lord Ram everyday but they don’t care for what Bharat did. That boy did the impossible, I still get tears on how he invested his precious-youth of 14 years into being a management expert, the more I think, the more the tears go. Why no one wants to find out what he did ? Why no one wants to find out why our country’s name is Bhrata ?
